januaryjonesSelf care selfie #1 for today. Saw @drjasondiamond yesterday for some face/skin love. Taking care of my skin with non surgical(so far!) treatments, products and vitamins are very important for my sanity. Self care has been one of the few things I have been able to control in life so I made it a priority of mine since my late teens, and not just for vanity reasons. *It can become obsessive so give yourself a monthly allowance and make sure the decisions you make are for YOU not anyone else. (I also put on eye mkup for no reason other than I felt like trying out a new eyeliner trick I saw from the Dior show). Be sweet to you.
