jessybarden For people asking me how I am dealing with anxiety and panic attacks during corona virus. I am not. Picture of me talking to therapist for second day in a row. Everyone has anxiety from this, if you don’t then there is a bigger issue going on. If you had anxiety or depression anyway then 100 percent this is dark times. You can do your work out class and make your bread but it won’t stop you from having extremely dark days and nights and weeks. All I think you can do is find one person inside your house or a phone call away who you can call and say “I am having a very bad day” and talk about it. Remember your thoughts are not real, your brain is a pin ball machine with anxiety, it’s literally insane it will keep throwing the ball around and it won’t stop unless you let the pressure out. You are not burdening anyone who truly cares about you, by telling someone you feel scared by this. It is scary. Don’t try and be a hero, just be fucking afraid and tell someone. Lastly never forget that a lot of our anxiety and thoughts can be funny once you let them out, so much of the shit I was saying in anxiety has now made me laugh so much. I mean look at that picture I fully think I am in a movie 😂There is always something to laugh about once you are out of an anxiety attack. These are just my experiences, I am not a medical professional I am just offering advice from someone who struggles as well. If you feel like you can’t get out of your head space safely then you have to get medical advice. I am so sorry that so many of you are struggling right now ❤️ oh yeah, stay inside the house, wipe your bum, wash your hands, say please and thank you.
