pilouasbaek #hillerød #hospital #corona #test ⛺️ Got asked twice today while passing by if I wanted to get tested, if I was here to get it, I wasn’t, my case was something else, so I declined...didn’t wanna take another persons spot. One who was really sick...kinda regretting it now. Would have been nice to know 🤷🏼♂️ back to #isolating in #kulhuse BUT while waiting I overheard a conversation between three nurses, one of them had JUST gotten corona tested, but wasn’t sent home afterwards...even though she felt a little sick, and thought she had mild symptoms. NO...they still needed her to work...not enough hands to help the real sick... She had to be strong for her patients. (I sure hope she worked with corona infected people who had been hospitalized) according to one of her colleagues she might not have the virus, so no need to be nervous about it.... On one hand I felt so bad, the nurse, who just had been tested, she felt like she was letting people down. Her patients, her colleagues, her family. And now she had to wait between 24/48 hours in uncertainty before a result. But what I don’t get is......if you have just the smallest symptoms, shouldn’t you go home??? In isolation? Or what? Or let yourself be hospitalized? Not an expert and for f...sake...I might have misunderstood ❤️🙏🏻🤷🏼♂️ but damn...that’s hardcore!!! You might be sick, but the show must go on. No matter what. We need you. That said....her two colleagues showed so much warmth and love to her...giving her as much comfort as possible. Have no idea how this story will end...and probably never will...but seeing the three of them, united, together. Helping each other out. Made me proud of our health care system. It might not be perfect, but these people are giving their all, risking everything, doing their BEST. So thank you so much. All of you. You know who you are!!! And I’m not only talking about people in the front line, every single person who does a difference for the rest of us. Thanks 🙏🏻 So proud of being Danish, so proud ❤️🙏🏻 please stay safe all. Remember, by doing nothing, you are doing a lot 😉 Stay at home.
