Yes this thing called LIFE. Sometimes I get asked if things are perfect (I know social media can make it feel that way sometimes) ... and the answer is heck no! There are twists and turns, ups and downs so spectacular, I have to hold onto the side rails w/ white knuckles as my heart falls to my stomach ... but man, what is life but a wild rollercoaster? I wouldn’t trade it for a straight shot for anything. And today, I feel the profound gratitude of being ALIVE. To breathe, to wonder, to laugh, to LOVE.

As my husband wrote in my birthday card this morning “there is no perfect in this world. There’s no way to write perfect. Or what it means. But when I think of Love, I think of you ... And that’s perfect.”
