The birth of a baby can trigger a jumble of powerful emotions, from excitement and joy to fear and anxiety. But it can also result in something you might not expect — depression.
For me, I can notice, that I have very quickly change of mood, from very happy and to very stressed, and it can happened from 1 to 10 times a day... And it started from the 2nd month after my pregnancy... Most new moms experience postpartum "baby blues" after childbirth, which commonly include mood swings, crying spells, anxiety and difficulty sleeping.
I wanted to ask young moms how did you go throw this period of your life?

The support of my closest people and my love for my son and Faith in the best helped me in that not simple time. Alhamdulillah for the safe outcome of pregnancy.
