zacharyquintotouchstones of the sweetest things. there are so few comforts on the path my mother has trod these past eight years. but the innocence and childlike wonder that have replaced a sometimes stormy complexity are certainly among them. i love her still-mischievous smile her lilting laugh and her love of sweets. i am grateful to have witnessed her strength when she had it to spare. and now in her vulnerability i am grateful for the strength she gave me. i love you mama. happy mother’s day... 💕
zacharyquintowe don’t get to be in the same room... BUT we get to honor the amazing terrence mcnally and benefit the @bcefa covid-19 fund... and hopefully make some people laugh in these scary times. so excited for this experience with some of my dearest friends and collaborators. monday april 6th at 8pm EST... log on and tune in!
zacharyquintoas per usual - the amazing people at @bcefa have mobilized to help fellow artists in need. during these unsettling and uncertain times - when so many of our fellow community members are suddenly and indefinitely out of work - @bcefa offers a simple and effective way to rise up around one another and provide support through this incredibly destabilizing time. if you’re able to give - any amount - please do. it will make a difference. i promise. zacharyquintomy friend @justinlong invited me for a chat on his podcast ‘LIFE IS SHORT’ and i was happy to oblige. we share a lot in common (chiefly a birthday) and it’s always nice to be reminded that i have smart and thoughtful friends. check it out wherever you check out your podcasts...
zacharyquintomidnight in the garden of good(venchy) and evil... thanks to @lamarquisette and everyone @givenchyofficial for having me! it was a spectacular show in a truly unbelievable location. i was already such a fan of @clarewaightkeller - but tonight took my admiration to a new level.
zacharyquintowhat an incredible night of celebration! i am so proud to be a part of the new york theater community and honored to be a member of the band! congratulations to all my @boysbandbway brothers (and sisters) and thanks to @armani for the sick threads.
zacharyquintomy badass dad. he served in the navy from 1953-1956. one of my biggest regrets in losing him so young is not being able to ask him about this time in his life. thank you to ALL who serve or have served this great country. may we honor your commitment and sacrifice in the choices we make as a nation. happy memorial day.
zacharyquintoIII years sober today. i guess i wore the right jumper for the occasion. when i think about how far i’ve come and how much i’ve grown and how much more i love myself... i’m really blown away. very far from perfect - but perfectly flawed. and working every day to honor and realize my full potential. three years ago i had lost a connection to gratitude almost entirely. today i am brimming with it. for this touchstone. for life’s abundance. for true friends. for support. for the sweet freedom of this journey. may it continue with compassion - curiosity - honesty and above all... LOVE 💫❤️💫
